Iran launched five gas pressure station facilities on Thursday, March 9 in order to boost its gas delivery capacity by 50 million cubic meters.
Five gas pressure station facilities has been launched in the presence of First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri, Iranian Minister of Petroleum Bijan Zangeneh and NIGC Managing Director Hamidreza Araghi.
According to the report of the public relations of the National Iranian Gas Company (NIGC), the facilities are located in Khonj, Jahrom, Safa Shahr, Naein and Kashan.
It should be said that, once operational, the five stations will bring the NIGC’s gas delivery capacity to 110 million cubic meters of gas per day (MMcm/d) from current 60 MMcm/d.
